Eden Valley-Watkins School Board members voted Monday night to approve three makeup days for missed class days after a mercury spill in the secondary school Dec. 5.

The makeup days are Jan. 15, Jan. 22 and March 26.

Board members also decided not to levy the anticipated $150,000 bill for the spill cleanup. It will now be up to the district to find the money in its budget.
