The Eden Valley-Watkins football team recorded its third shutout of the season, downing Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted 35-0 in Central Minnesota Conference play Sept. 19.
EV-W intercepted four passes in the game on defense, while Travis Molitor took care of the scoring in the first half.
Molitor scored on a 4-yard run in the first quarter and added a 13-yard touchdown reception in the second quarter.
Ryan Tri, Nick Schoenecker and Kevin Kramer found the end zone for the Eagles in the second half.
EV-W (4-0, 3-0 CMC) is rated No. 3 in Class AA.
