If you're planning to drive to the Twin Cities early this week, be aware of a road closing on U.S. Highway 12.

Night closures are planned for Highway 12 at Willow Road to County Road 6 in Orono for Monday, March 10, and Tuesday March 11, as construction crews set beams for the new county road bridge over Highway 12.

The closures will occur from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. overnight Monday and Tuesday. A detour will be posted.
