BY USING THIS WEB SITE, YOU AGREE TO THE CONTRACT AND ACCEPT ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT APPEAR BELOW. These Terms shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflicts of law principles and will specifically not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, if otherwise applicable.
